I figure it would be fighter. I would use it either as a distraction to have the enemy focus fire on it and I back it away to draw their ships out or hide it until the battle has begun and use it as an Anvil and hammer strategy use my fleets to keep them busy and this ship to pound them hard with destruction and I like the way how number 1 looks.

Probably a bit late to post but combine 1 and 3
