sorry if this is wrong index but I purchased the Kickstarter tier: Academic Prototyper and life time premium subscription. I redeemed the tier one Kickstarter - Infiltrator Rank 1 and is green. But when I try log says do not own game. Do I have to log into a special server and if so were do I select this option. Downloaded and updated and get as far a log screen with the ownership error.

Yea, that link is pretty irrelevant once you've locked the tier, it will always redirect you to the http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_redeem page. If you can see the kickstarter tier page, then you don't have a tier locked. =P

You don't need a reset, go here: http://www.taitale.com/?page=kickstarter_tier click continue, right now your tier is selected but not finalized.. Your items will then pop onto the http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_redeem instead of showing a wallet balance.

no prob, the kickstarter_tier page isn't normally linked too since once your tier is locked, you cannot revisit the page.
