If you make a purchase without actually finalizing your kickstarter tier, PM me and I can get your purchase reset.

You can tell if you have done this by visiting the http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_redeem page, if it does not say what tier you have, but you have items listed then you probably need a reset.

After the reset, you will need to re click your claim code email to get your funds back into your wallet. You can also get that claim code resent through the http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_redeem page. That link should redirect you to the kickstarter tier page.

Reset complete, be sure to reclick the claim code link in the automated email from your first purchase. That will redirect you to the page where you finalize your tier by clicking continue. Then your tier and items will appear in the http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_redeem page.

Hi, I still can't get on to the live server after claiming my code. Do I need a reset? I have the endgame fleet in my account, but I don't see any tier.

I was trying to my rewards second hand, as my brother purchased the kick starter on his account for Christmas last year. I accidentally purchased not the 25 dollar tier, but the 25 dollar endgame ships endgame add on. Is there any way I can get a reset in order to get my hands on the game?

Hey holycanoli, I think I have the same problem. I'm still waiting on a response as well...

So I just purchased the 25 dollar tier on the kickstarter page and there was no email sent to claim my code, just a couple of emails sent that are receipts. Am I missing something? Is this an error? I'm trying to get access to the game.

EDIT- These emails were sent by paypal. Is Taitale Studios supposed to send an email too?

It takes a couple days to receive your email.
It is manually checked and set out.

I tried sending a manual claim code, it may end up in your spam folder or something, hopefully not blocked. =P
