Kickstarter Backers Not Yet Claimed
There is a resend link on the http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_redeem page, http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_re ... end_code=1 which can send a new claim code email.
If you have proof of your purchase and no claim codes are sent, let us know.



Currently the only way to purchase Novus Aeterno is to make a paypal purchase of a kickstarter tier from our website you can find here: http://novusaeterno.com/?p=1547

An automated email will be sent to your email address, at the bottom of this email is a link to claim the funds onto your taitale.com account. Doing so will redirect you to the http://www.taitale.com/?page=kickstarter_tier page.

If you are using GMail, you will have to enable your junkmail folder.
Google hides messages from us by default.
The junk folder can be shown by clicking the "More V" button on the left.


Be sure the kickstarter tier you want is selected, for an example, the image below demonstrates what this page looks like when the $25 tier is selected. Clicking Lock-in Tier will finalize this tier choice.



If you do not click continue your tier will not be claimed; thus, you will not get the items. Your wallet funds will stay in your account and you can revisit this page again.
One issue that can happen is when this step is skipped and the funds are used on add-on items from the http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_redeem page.



This image shows, on the left, an account which used the $25 for an addon. On the right is what an account looks like when the tier is properly claimed and "Game Activation" is redeemed.
For the issue on the left, send a message to us via the help system on the bottom right of any http://www.novusaeterno.com or http://www.taitale.com webpage and ask for a kickstarter reset.

When an account is reset, the claim code from the old automated email will need to be reclicked. There is a resend link on the http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_redeem page, http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_re ... end_code=1 which can send a new claim code email.
If you have proof of your purchase and no claim codes are sent, let us know.

Redeem "Game Activation" to bind login rights to the Live server forever onto your account.

The game client downloads can be accessed here: http://www.taitale.com/?page=profile
If you just downloaded the patcher only, be sure to place it inside of a folder, ie create a Novus Aeterno folder for it before running the patcher file.
The full installer is the better download choice to reduce patching times!

I live outside the US. I ordered the special edition hardcover lore bible.

You guys dont have a option for trade. And you asked for 25 USD for mailing cost.

When can we input the remaining 25 USD i got sitting at my account for it?

You can, just follow the steps in the first post. Right now you can only redeem game access ($25+), the other rewards will follow as they become available.

Just checking in... It's been around a year now since the Kikstarter... Am I crazy and somehow missed the rewards being shipped and the stuff got lost in the mail, or are they still in the works. Just making sure, lol.
