There are a few issues with the website at the moment that are causing some confusion. As a three man programming team, it is difficult to complete all our wanted aspects in a timely manner; thus, the development of the game has a priority over advanced website features.


Website Registration Bar
Some of you may have attempted to create an account via the website and not the forums.
As you will notice, this functionality is not operational.
There will be only one account for all Taitale games.

This account:

Allows access to the company / game management page
Allows player stats to be viewable from the game websites
Allows the user to log into all Taitale games.
Allows the user to post on all Taitale and game forums.

Game Download
Because Novus Aeterno is currently in Closed Alpha, there is no game download. Closed Beta Is not out yet and is planed for early 2012 at which time the download link will become active. Players without a Beta account will not be able to login to the game client.


Your Account
Players are not able to view their information due to Novus Aeterno's Closed Alpha status.


Refer a Friend
Players are not able to refer a friend due to Novus Aeterno's Closed Alpha status.


Races
At the moment only human is a playable race. There are four races to be added and announced in the future.

quick question: does registering here count as signing up for the beta?

Registering here does not guarantee entry into beta.
Accounts on the forums will be hooked up to be your main Taitale account.
If allowed into beta, it will be what you use to log in via the game client.

Will I be assured the same account name as the one I have on the forums? liphttam1 is kinda my thing.

Login usernames and forum usernames will eventually be separated so the login username is hidden. Players who pre-order Novus Aeterno will have a free username reservation for in-game. Username reservation can also be purchased separately without pre-ordering.
