Hi.
I got the 25$ tier at kickstarter.. Would that mean that I should be able to access the game at this point ? Or do I need a reset because I get a no ownership error when trying to log in.

I also need a reset...I did a mistake by using the 25$ for add on...I did it too fast and I can'T play bcause I took add ons with ym 25$ instead of my peacething to actually be able to play :(

Just to make sure, the reason for the reset is that there is something wrong with your tier, right?

Yeah, if you just want a reset for your account without resetting the tier, just delete your empire and create a new one.

Oh I see, it looks as though an account reset was already done at some point. I was getting the does not own game error.
