Hitoshi here... sorry to put a downer on things... But I think that the actual playabiloity of the game has gone down drasticly.... its no longer geared towards lower ended game players like it was for me... now whenever i play the game it just wont work properly i get user interface bugs and a bunch of other things its been a long time but i keep the game updated i just dont really see a purpose in playing the game any longer until its been released to the public.... then and only THEN WOULD I BE WILLING TO GET BACK ONTO THE game but until then.... I feel a return in funds would be the most appreciated circumstance.... I understand that this game had alot of potential but i dont see it ever making it tto release and being sucessful...

I am patient and willing to wait longer but if nothing actually happens ill be actively pushing for a refund of the 75 dollers i put into the games development.

I fail to see how this is deserving of a refund, however, have at it.

I also fail to see why they SHOULD push out the game to the public because of these graphical issues. If they need more money they could try another crowdfunding campaign, whether through the site or a third party site.

This may sound odd at first, but IMO things being broken more than before is a sign of progress :P
Think about it, new UIs are being implemented --> they can cause glitches, new mechanics are being added --> random stuff breaks.
So before and short after a big step in development the game is very broken :P

In a few weeks I will be putting out a system I've been working on since August.
After that most existing bugs will get zapped pretty quickly.

Please post the bugs you get in infiltrator - Bugs & Issues section.

Hello Hitoshi,

Please understand that game development is not a linear path, it has a lot of ups and downs. how development progresses in waves you have a wave of adding new things and expanding this (which means everything brakes and nothing works, even things that use to work somehow magically don't any more) then we have a wave of fixes where start going back over everything and making it all work.

So progression in a game at this stages jumps forwards and backwards, 1 step back then 2 steps forwards, and continues like this until it is done. it can be annoying but its just how development works unfortunately.

I feel the statement that the game will never come out is a bit silly honestly, if you look at game development in general, a MMO typically takes about 6 years of development with a studio of 100 developers. (typically costing around $30mil for a typical MMORPG nothing super unique but a good quality MMO) Now consider what we are doing, the size of our studio, and the funds we are doing it with xD ofcorse it will be slower then normal.

Also another issue is people not seeing or understanding the progress we are makeing (this is our fault because we are developers not salesmen)

for example, NPC factions there is a new UI ingame that is under development showing your political relations with all other NPC factions, and also we have been making huge progress on the NPC factions and customization unit AI and everything around AI really. but its hard to see it until it is 100% done and working. we have developed a entire separate server to run all of the AI and NPC's this will make it run very well and not lag anyone and even if you are lagging your custom unit AI will not be lagging etc etc... There must be at least 1500man hours of work into it and honestly I'm amazing at how fast it is progressing, BUT until its done there is no way for the Infiltrators to be able to appreciate it right now all you can see ingame is stuff breaking as we are adding in all the support and connections to the AI server.

I can understand how you can think that not a lot is happening, if anything that things that use to work are just breaking for no reason with no progress, but that impression is not actually reality really there is HUGE amounts of progress made but you cant touch it and feel it in your hands and play with it until it is at least 95% done (at which point you can see it working ingame but it will be very buggy and then we need to spend a month doing the last 5% and then it will run well and be a HUGE jump and the game will not even remotely feel like it does right now.

Thanks for everyones patients and for trying to read my writing! :P
