When we started Novus Aeterno about 5 years ago, we were a handful of people working tirelessly to bring our imagination to life. With the recently hit milestone of 2000 fans on Facebook, we are proud of what we have accomplished.
I came up with the idea for Novus when I hit the ceiling of the online RTS scene. Sick of going ‘thus far and no further,’ I set out to create my own game. A game that is better, richer and more intricate than any other. I have always wanted an MMORTS experience for a true RTS fan. Many other companies have tried but never seemed to pull it off correctly.
So for the first few months I was by myself. Eventually I was joined by our 3D artist Alexis, followed closely by Matt, our senior server engineer. After tirelessly working day and night our crazy idea started to take shape. When year 3 hit, things really started to catch steam. Our team added on a few more faces, pulling people in from all over the world.
We are now coming to the end of year 5. Our team grows every day, and with that, the community that follows us. If it wasn’t for the constant support and feedback from our future players this project would not be where it is today, and we wish to thank every single person out there for helping us create the game you want to play.
